alright i've just noticed that every time i completely clear history in firefox. there's like 20 tabs that open and close immediately, when i launch it afterwards. they seem to have to do with noscript. 13b4c45a-3d26-4e1d-afb0-8f6321ec4982/manifest.json for instance is one of them. I don't know what this is. is it normal? one more thing it seems to be associated with my firefox web shortcuts. don't know. a partial of what it is below.

13.0.6.902 did not fix for me.
Win11 Firefox 140.0.2
I do not use vertical tabs, have all suggestions, preloading and the like turned off.
I've disabled the AI chat sidebar in about:config.
I first noticed issues with the (sidebar*) listings and after that was fixed now the numerous moz-extension://09ce5f06-dc72-4e84-bcea-cd6e12726d1a/nscl/service/SidebarUtil.tab.js tabs filling up my tab history.
It is unnerving for me to have my browser openeing connections and tabs I never initiated.
please fix

I have the same problem.
13.0.8 NoScript
Win10 Firefox 141.0.2
I delete the tabs and all the data when I exit the browser. When I open the browser again, several tabs open (several moz-extension://NoScript_internal_UUID/nscl/service/SidebarUtil.tab.js) and close immediately. I noticed this problem not long ago, before I don't remember it being present. Disabling NoScript solves the problem.
I've already completely reset NoScript, but there's no improvement.
The problem seems to me to occur when you delete the history (I delete it when I exit the browser, so every time I restart the problem reappears)
