[FIXED] 13.0.8.901 popup showing unintended elements?

NoScript 13.0.8.901 popup is now always showing "Enable setting permanent permissions in incognito/private tabs" checkbox on every possible state of the popup, including:
- non-private windows
- privileged pages where permissions cannot be configured

In contexts where this checkbox was *not* shown in previous NoScript versions, it is unchecked regardless of the actual value of that setting. In my main profile, I have that setting enabled - this is confirmed by going into NoScript Options > Advanced, or by looking at the NoScript popup in a Private Window on a page where configuring NoScript permissions is possible.
