I'm having significantly more problems getting to substack over the last month. This exists when trying to go to the home domain, and it constantly reloads despite allowing that domain.
The issue also exists with redirects, when trying to follow an article's link to read more.
It works when I disable noscript.

What is the exact URL where the reload loop occurs?
Does the reload loop occur if you "Disable restrictions for this tab" in NoScript?
