IP Block Shorthand Not Working (v12...)

Hello,

After the latest updates all of my local web services no longer worked. I have many, so it was easier to allow the entire subnets with 192.168.1, 192.168.2, 192.168.3 and so on. After troubleshooting it appears that that shorthand is no longer working in NS. What made it more difficult to determine was that once the shorthand is set, you can not change settings for each individual IP address. After looking at all the posts saying 12.0.2 fixed all of the issues, it didn't fix my internal services. So I dug in and tested everything.

So, in short, the IP block shorthand no longer works. Thank you for your time and effort.
