How was this resolved please.

I have the same issue - We have a new laptop - I can log in to the site on my mobile, and old laptop, but the new one says the same message above "You have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts allowed.
In addition to your username and password the invisible reCAPTCHA v3 will be used to authenticate your session"

Any help would be appreciated.
