The last few weeks, I've had several problems with NoScript blocking pages it never used to mess with, however, one website that I visit daily now loads black and the only way to get it to fully load is to go to the extensions settings for Firefox and disable NoScript. I can re-enable it immediately, and then when I refresh that black page it will load.
It's happened randomly with a fw others, but this one happens every time now. Its annoying! I've even added the page to the trusted sites list without effect.
The page is this one -- https://susie.rbrignall.org.uk/
Page loads black until NoScript disabled and restarted.

Re: Page loads black until NoScript disabled and restarted.
It works for me (tested both on Firefox and Chromium) just by setting https://susie.rbrignall.org.uk to TRUSTED.
Could you check whether the problem persist on a clean profile with just NoScript installed?
