Forced refresh needed for web fonts to be blocked

Bugzilla Nightly I might need a forced refresh to get rid of icons?
Today's nightly. Win7.

Something screwy going on.
With mozilla.org blocked, you shouldn't get icons.

It seems a behavior we've already discussed here, but in the end that was an actual Tor Browser specific bug.

Web fonts are aggressively cached by browsers.
In Firefox you can disable the cache (and see the block taking effect immediately, instead than after a forced refresh) by setting the gfx.downloadable_fonts.disable_cache preference to true.
