Blocked Media Placeholders are broken

Post by Feeling Good »

I'm using NoScript 11.4.13, and when I tap the Blocked Media Placeholder, it doesn't open up the tab with the options anymore. The <media>@ link highlights when I tap it, and the red x button still works, but nothing else about it seems to be working.

Appears to be working here, https://file-examples.com/index.php/sam ... mp4-files/.

(Temporarily) Allow file-examples.com, but block Media (in Custom)
Open one of the media links
Link opens, placeholder displays
Left click the placeholder brings up options to Allow<Media>

Doing so, & the clip plays.

Thank you for the reply! I followed your instructions, but the placeholder icon links still don't seem to be working for me on the mobile version of Firefox on Android. I've tried it on two separate phones, so it's not likely to be a corrupted Firefox profile (though it's not impossible), and I already tried a fresh install of NoScript. I can still go and make custom scopes for the sites I use, so it's not that big of a bug. I can also go into the Per-site Permissions section of the options menu and add the URLs of individual media links as custom scopes, though it is more steps.

Tested again yesterday, Same problem on Windows 11 with Firefox Stable and Firefox Nightly.
