Does NoScript LAN capability protect WAN IP?

Does NoScript LAN capability also protect the WAN IP as per https://noscript.net/abe/wan/ like NoScript Classic ABE's LOCAL?

In next development cycle, starting as soon as I manage to release 11.4 with all the restyling/rebranding/UI modernization stuff.
