Apologies if this has been discussed already.
Starting with the last handful of quick succession updates, each time NoScript updates it is crashing (not sure if that is the correct terminology) the browser. Like it can't update to the new version while it is open so it either closes it entirely or crashes what it running at the time needing the browser to be closed and then reopened.
Some examples. A couple of times I would be watching a show on a site like Hulu when the update tried to happen. It would crash the program and would require closing and reopening the browser for the update to take and then is fine again. I also had it happen where I just opened Firefox and within a handful of seconds it just automatically closed itself. Upon reopening I noticed the NoScript version updated.
Anyone else notice this new behavior?

Updating.
Same thing happened when NS upgraded to 11.2.25 yesterday. Was watching a show on Hulu and it crashed the video. Open and closing the browser worked. Didn't try just reloading to see if that worked.
That never happened before the recent versions. Not sure when it started but my memory wants to say around the time of 11.2.15 or 11.2.16 but not later then that.

Re: NoScript "crashing" browser after updates
Is it only the Hulu tab that crashes, or does FF crash entirely, or...?
If you're not watching Hulu (or whatever it is), does the same occur "on any page" if NoScript updates?

Re: NoScript "crashing" browser after updates
Hi therube. Thanks for the reply.
So far literally every single update has seem to happened while I was watching Hulu except for one since version 11.2.15 or 11.2.16. The other one happened right after I opened Firefox. It was sitting open for about 30 seconds tops (blank page) and then just closed itself. I re-opened and noticed that new NS version number as I had known to look at that point because it happened once or twice by that point.
When it was on Hulu. The video player closes out entirely rather than closing Firefox entirely (like it did the one time right after FF opened).
I'll note what happens when NS updates from 11.2.15 to 11.3 as it hasn't yet.
