Locating flash got files

Maybe with the new firefox upgrade when i have downloaded something i cannot 'locate' the file.
Usually, a new window would open with a chronological list of my downlaods which i could select to open in say itunes for example.
How do i get this list back.. help please???

Tools | Options -> Main => Show the Downloads window when downloading a file

Otherwise, type Ctrl+J to bring up the download manager window.
