I'd like to know what permissions like object ping fetch ping noscript unrestricted css and others do.

That list is pretty technical as everything here. It would be nice to know what the options mean in practice. For example the factory settings of the Default-mode allow "frame","fetch" and  "other" at least when I checked this last time. Are these considered safe or does allowing bear any risks?
