I tried installing the "Quantum" NoScript 11.2.4rc1 Development Build on Firefox v86.0.1 as I've always been doing now and then testing the development build; however, a popup window appears:

I can confirm that 11.2.4rc1 is not signed.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
