Please add a button: "Delete all individual rules".
First: individual only clogs up the list
Second: any other user can look at which specific sites the user has visited
Thirdly: It is incorrect to completely reset all settings or import / export and re-compose rules for this.

How about setting the permissions as Temp.TRUSTED and using "Revoke Temporary Permissions" button to clear them?
