Blocked Items Count badge doesn't match list.

Lately I've been seeing the blocked items count badge reporting more items than are displayed on the list. Is this a bug, or a setting issue?
I can't find any reason for it.

NoScript 11.0.32
Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bit)
Linux Mint 19.3
