Why will collapse blocked objects not turn off. FF 3.5, AdBlock 1.0.2 NoScript 1.9.8.7
With the option unchecked in NoScript, blocked items still collapse. With AdBlock disabled, items still collapse. With NoScript disabled and AdBlock enabled, items do not collapse. This leads me to believe it is something with NoScript. It gets quite annoying while crusing through ebay and a few seconds after the page loads, it jumps. Is there some other setting I'm missing, other than the obvious ones in NoScript?

Re: Collapse Blocked Objects
If you want the placeholders to disappear, you need to uncheck "Show placeholder icon".

Re: Collapse Blocked Objects
After a little more research it has to do with leaving ebayrtm.com blocked. If this is blocked the space for the ad at the top of the page will collapse after a few seconds, even with collapse blocked objects unchecked. If I allow ebayrtm.com to load script and let AdBlock take care of the ad, the space doesnt collapse. I dont want the objects to collapse because after you start scrolling down the page, a few seconds later it jumps up as the page shrinks.
How come the ads collapse when the box is unchecked? I like to leave ebayrtm blocked, because it usually slows down the load of the page.
As a side note, this didn't happen with previous versions of NoScript until I upgraded to 3.5 a few months ago and NoScript had to update for the new version.

Re: Collapse Blocked Objects
I doubt it has anything to do with NoScript.
If the allowing a script prevents a box from collapsing, it likely just means that the script hard-codes the dimensions of the container of the ad blocked by ABP, therefore even if the ad collapse the outer box remains fixed.
