Check URL every X seconds/minutes for link

Hi, I'm new to this FlashGot thing, and the main reason I downloaded this is for a future like what the thread/topic title says. Is that possible? I just want something that monitors a page and adds the links it detects to a download manager and starts it immediately. Something like that sounds very useful when I'm not at home.
