Earlier thread, viewtopic.php?f=6&t=11101.
Work-around ...
At the Destination Folder picker, instead of using the mouse, use the keyboard.
Use down-arrow to bring up the locations, select the one you want, but then you must use the back-arrow key (at least once) & then the location will fill in correctly.
Simply using the down-arrow & selecting will not work.
(Or I suppose you can use the mouse, along with the back-arrow "trick".)

Re: BUG: Download folder - it is not fixed
The issue is different, and seems specific to Firefox 32.
Autocomplete search results are shown in the popup, but the selected value is not copied in the text field.
ESR 24.8 works fine for me.
Looking for a work-around.

Re: BUG: Download folder - it is not fixed
(I've never really understood the picker...)
I'm not sure it's working correctly?
It appears you are now able to select an autocomplete with the mouse, but I'm not sure it is storing past autocomplete selections?
I select C:\OUT as destination.
Then I go back & save to a new location, C:\TMP.
C:\OUT is no longer there, only C:\TMP.
Shouldn't OUT & TMP both be there?
Also, BUG: FlashGot Media dialog (ctrl+F7) not opening.
(And also included in user's version is a very simple, but very good feature of having a splitter between Youtube DASH video & audio parts.)

Still don't really understand all that, but going back to a Profile where there were multiple items available for selection in the drop down, it is working.(I've never really understood the picker...)
