NoScript causes errors in the Error Console

A fresh start of Firefox 3.6.6 shows the following in the Error Console:

After looking in the chrome.manifest file the errors are caused by the following lines:

I'm using Debian Squeeze Linux, Firefox 3.6.6 (with just one extension: NoScript, no tweaks etc.)

What are these errors?
