[RESOLVED] Allow

Post by markg2 »

After pasting the URL of a site I wish to allow within the Whitelist Address of web site box, the 'Allow' button remains grayed out. Per the FAQs I confirmed that the Advanced HTTPS behavior setting is 'Never.' Suggestion?

Most likely the site you're trying to allow is already implied by another whitelist entry (e.g. "http://www.yahoo.com" vs "yahoo.com").

I solved the problem.

The site in question was pandora.com. Apparently I had previously allowed the site but at a deeper level. Once I deleted the more specific URL I was allowed to allow the general pandora.com.

Thanks,
