After installing Windows 7, Firefox, NoScript and Google Toolbar, I found that "Suggest searches as you type" does not work in a Google search. The check-box is checked in Google for suggest. I am using V1.9.9.18, Firefox and Windows 7. Disabling NoScript fixes Google. Reinstalling brakes it.

It's a Google Toolbar bug.
You need to allow file:// in order to work-around.
