I am viewing this page using Brave browser, private session with TOR.
When I view the NoScript extension icon (click on it), I see two items listed that are not related to this website. They are related to two tabs that I have open in a non-private Brave window.
I would put a screen-shot here, but I'm a noob, and don't see a noob way of doing it. How about this:

Provided that you enabled NoScript for private windows, I can see what appears to be a Brave bug: private + Tor tabs are not accessible by the extension's background page, i.e. their tabId gets reported by the APIs but when you try to message them you got a "No tab with id: xy" error
