NS 10.1.2 sites blocked doesn't show in UI

The little number on the icon. Which means sites that are blocked. Sometimes it'll show 1 or 2 on the icon. But when I click the icon, nothing is blocked in the list. This a bug or am I missing something?

Are for all the non-blocked items in the list all checkmarks in their presets checked?

The number reflects the number of blocked script-calls (presuming including sanitized CSS calls), not the number of script sources (which make up the list)
So if you have for instance "other" unchecked in your trusted preset, or one of the sources set to "custom" with something disabled, there might still be one or two scripts that are blocked, even if all sources are generally allowed most things.
