Generally it should be considered "not great" to have excessive explicit blacklists, if the default behaviour is also "allow nothing". It's at the core basically redundant (unless you also want to click the "temp allow all" button constantly).

Extensive blacklists are for people who per default trust things, and then explicitly ban the rest.
Vice versa if you default distrust things, whitelists are what you configure.

You basically ask either "i automatically trust nothing, what things I DO trust do I need to keep track of" or "I generally trust things, which things I DON'T trust do I need to keep track of". Keeping track of both regardless of the default just means the system has to go through all of them to check. (or overload the interface of the current version, which shouldn't happen, but here we are...)

Recently got NoScript 10.1.3 and it's a big improvement.
Things aren't working as well as < 10.x, but NoScript is usable again, and thanks for that.
