after whitelisting c-span.org, noscript still blocks all archived videos on c-span.org:

I've seen the same thing on pollster.com, where the flash poll graphs fail to display:

also tried allow scripts globally.

Re: noscript blocks c-span.org and pollster.com
Both the sites are working fine for me, with Flash videos and Flash graphs.
Are you sure you're not blocking Flash by some other mean (the fact allowing scripts globally don't help seems to hint at it)?
Please try to use NoScript Options|Reset, and if that doesn't suffice Standard Diagnostic.

Re: noscript blocks c-span.org and pollster.com
Confirmed, the two links you posted work fine when I temporarily allowed c-span.org (the video played immediately) and on pollster.com when I temporarily allowed it (showed me the favorable rating 60.7% and unfavorable 34.1%) so both confirmed working fine. Have you checked your Flash version/updated it to the recent 10, if you have BetterPrivacy enabled, is it killing your cookies prematurely? Do you have the latest NoScript version? Have you considered backing up your list using export and then resetting to see if that fixes it?
