I don't understand why but after updating JAVA to update 22, JAVA fails if NOSCRIPT is installed. I haven't tried disabling individual parts of NOSCRIPT to see what is interacting. I did create a new profile and verify that the test page works before installing NOSCRIPT. JAVA fails after installing NOSCRIPT. I don't see this with the released FIREFOX (on another machine). Has anyone else seen a problem?

Downloaded the complete JAVA install package, uninstalled JAVA and then installed. JAVA is now working properly. Something bad must have happened in the update process. I did notice that some strange JAVA behavior when I tested without NOSCRIPT is gone now also. That strange behavior should have been my first clue that the JAVA installation was FUBAR.
