why does no script constantly stop working as installed?

Hello, first i love noscript. FF version 3.5.7 and no script 1.9.9.39

But i find myself installing it then uninstalling it constantly.

It starts to work perfect then after a while sites like youtube wont fully load. Even with white list exception. The statusbar is constantly "connecting to bla bla " etc

any advice?
