[Resolved] All sites are being allowed and unable to select Untrusted

Using firefox 85.0 and latest version of noscript
Recently noticed all scripts were running on pages I visit.
Even though the default settings are shown as on for each url, scripts still run and the option to change the setting to 'untrusted' is greyed out.
This is for every url, not just the ones that are usually set as default trusted.
Any insight would be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have "Disable restrictions globally (dangerous)" set?
How have you configured the Default/Trusted/Untrusted presets? (NoScript Options > General)
Are you using some kind of private browsing mode and have NoScript Options > Advanced, "Enable setting permanent permissions in incognito/private tabs" un-checked?

Disable restrictions globally was turned on somehow. I feel dumb. Thanks for your help.
