NoScript not working correctly poss after Flash removed

I have been using NoScript for years without problems, but now it is mostly disabled. This seems to have happened at around the time Flash was discontinued. Virtually every site visited doesn't work correctly unless I allow global scripts or disable NoScript completely. Even trying to use this site I have to disable or things like reCaptcha doesn't work. have not altered any settings at all. Any suggestions?

Could you please share with me your NoScript Options>Export file (by DM or using the email on the top right of https://maone.net) and describe in detail one example of malfunctioning site, with its address and the permissions you gave it?

It turns out it was just an insufficient permissions issue.
In the two examples you gave me, with your current settings, you needed to set a couple of other sites to TRUSTED (or temp. TRUSTED).
