[Fixed] Video placeholders on Worldstar behave like normal links

Post by barbaz »

On Worldstar hosted videos, e.g. https://www.worldstarhiphop.com/videos/ ... kyAa7XfVdo, sometimes the NoScript placeholder for the video is scrunched against the left of the video's space. When this occurs, clicking the placeholder just navigates to the video, as if it were a normal link. I don't get the dialog from NoScript asking what to do.

Reloading the page in a new tab can get it working as expected, but doesn't always.

Code: Select all

Error: Frame not found, or missing host permission RequestGuard.js:583:15

I have worldstarhiphop.com set to DEFAULT. So far I have not seen this issue on other sites.

Why is this happening?

Are you in a private window?
Nevermind, I managed to reproduce on non-private windows as well using https://worldstar.com/video.php?v=wshhPmNY69rqX1BJe3Eo
Looks like some kind of race condition during the placeholder creation. Investigating, thanks.
