I recently came back from Chrome to Firefox and moved from Google to DuckDuckGo for the same reasons.
Now when I use DuckDuckGo every link is blocked by NoScript. I have DDG set to Trusted, but it doesn't seem to apply to the sites I'm going to. Each one requires a new permission.
If this can't be fixed, sorry, but, goodbye to NoScript as too disruptive.
What's the cure for this?

Re: DuckDuckGo problem
Do you mean that the random pages you land on are not automatically set to TRUSTED (which is expected, unless you've got the "Temporarily set top-level sites to TRUSTED" option checked, or you've used the "Disable restrictions for this tab" command)?
Or that you can't open the links?
Are we talking about using search from the navigation bar, or using DuckDuckGo normally as a website?
