Another NoScript problem - unable to send a comment

Post by Bencyc »

https://keskustelu.suomi24.fi/t/uusi/ti ... tahtitiede

The page refuses to accept comments when using NoScipt.
But when I allow all or disable NS then no problem.

Is there a way at all?

(I am not sure if the site accepts writing
from outside Finland or other language.
I tried with Opera VPN and could not get
comments to the site)

"allow all" meaning what specifically?

How do you have your DEFAULT preset configured? (NoScript Options > General)

Setting the following three domains as Trusted and I'm able to create new threads and comment others.

suomi24.fi
google.com
gstatic.com

You seem to have these set to Custom. I recommend you check that you have all the necessary permissions set for them.

That was it.

A good advice for me to start using Trusted alternative more, as I usually tick only script and the brown fields in Custom if Default does not work.

Thanks very much!

One more question in this connection. Is Trusted more
powerful than Custom with all alternatives ticked?

No, they're the same (provided that the TRUSTED preset is configured with all the alternatives ticked, as it is its factory setting but can be changed by power users).
