I installed noscript on Chrome on the advice of a friend and suddenly was unable to load https://gem.cbc.ca, a video streaming site. Disabling noscript didn't help, nor did removing it. I even rebooted, but no, gem.cbc.ca still won't load. It works just fine with Firefox.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I can't tell for sure because "this content is not available outside Canada".
However if I were you I'd try clearing my cookies and using "Remove restrictions from this tab", since the amount of different script sources on that site is just overwhelming.
