Website not working (all permissions granted)

Post by Tomm » Sun Jan 05, 2020 5:10 pm

Hi there,

I'm using the latest version of NoScript in the latest stable version of Firefox on a Mac, and sometimes when visitng a website, even if I disable all restrictions listed in the NoScipt drop down menu, the webpage still won't run like it's supposed to, i.e. many of the main features are missing or shaded out. I'm using AdBlock Plus too but disabling this at the same time makes no difference either.

For example, this page seems to run fine

https://www.southbankcentre.co.uk/whats ... orm%3A1815

but when I select an event page, such as this one below, it doesn't load properly

https://www.southbankcentre.co.uk/whats ... ninov-2020

This happens to me every so often and I usually just open up another - unprotected - browser if I trust the website but it would be nice to understand what's going on and how I can avoid this in the future.

Thanks a lot for any help

To be clear, does disabling NoScript (from Tools > Add-ons Manager) get these websites working for you?
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
