Disable automatic reload

Old Noscript allowed me to stop automatic reload on changing permissions. How do I do that in New Noscript? There is no "Options" window, only a "Settings" window, which is missing most of the features of Old Noscript.

Unfortunately the auto reload is not currently configurable in NoScript Webext. Though a lot of users have requested it.

Bump to humbly ask if there is any progress on this?
It is stressful to constantly fear a forced redirect or be presented with something completely different after changing permissions. I just want subsequently opened tabs to have js enabled, not the current one.
