Hey,
I use Windows 7.64 bt system with Firefox 70.0.1. also 64 bit.
My current Noscript is version 11.0.6.
Few days ago (since last update? Or tad earlier?) that there is problem with my CPU being 100% load. It was Firefox sucking everything possible. I finally narrowed it down to NOSCRIPT add-on. As soon as I disable it, CPU goes back to normal levels.
When I enable it back, it stays on low CPU usage. But then when I clicked on some page "Trusted" some address the CPU problems activate back on and there is max load of CPU.
I tried to export my roles and then reset them to default by Going to Firefox add-ons / Noscript / Options / Reset in top right corner.
Lost all my rules (good thing I exported them!) but the CPU was still on high load.

Yo, can confirm I have the same issue with windows 10 x64, firefox's last version, but not as bad (only 20% CPU). That said, after disabling noscript and enabling it back, the issue doesn't seem to come back until I restart firefox. It also started a few days ago.

+1 here
Win 10/x64. Load is about 20-30%. After re-enabeling NoScript it seems 'normal'.
