[Resolved] Google Sheets "Some fonts could not be loaded. Try reloading."

Windows 7 Pro 6.1.7601
Google Chrome 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) (64-bit)
NoScript 11.0.5

When loading Google Sheets, I get the following error:

Code: Select all

Some fonts could not be loaded. Try reloading.
I can click on a "DISMISS" link provided in the error message and, as far as I can tell, the spreadsheet loads fine with the font I prefer to use.

If I disable NoScript and reload the page, this error goes away.

I'm not sure which font(s) fail to load, nor am I sure if that's terribly important. If necessary, I can compare the font list while NoScript is enabled versus disabled. Just let me know if you would like for me to do this.

I just noticed there is a new option for me to TRUST for "filesystem:". After trusting this, I refreshed the page and no longer get the initial error. Nothing to see, here, folks. Move along.

Hi, I have the same issue. Where did you find that FileSystem to TRUST? Is it in Chrome or somewhere else?
Thanks for your help.

Click on the NoScript extension icon in Chrome toolbar to access per-site info and options; all icons displayed will show help on hover.

This forum is only for NoScript extension, which does not have a Safari-compatible version. Your question belongs in an Apple/Safari forum.

Locking thread, the original issue was resolved -
