Hello, all. Recently I just updated to the most modern version of Firefox (69.0.1), on my Mac OS X 10.11.6, after being a long-time user of noScript in general. I always appreciated how if I enabled 1 script in some tab, all of the tabs which had that same script would also reload.
Having updated Firefox, I find this feature is gone, and I have to reload every tab myself now. Trying to fix this, I heard (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25525) there are some noScript options in about:config, but about:config seems to have no noScript options!
Could anyone help me with changing the deeper options in noScript, such as the ones described in the link above?
Cannot find about:config info in latest build of Firefox?

Re: Cannot find about:config info in latest build of Firefox?
WebExtensions have no about:config preferences.
Therefore "deeper" options you're referring to are not there anymore in NoScript 10 and above, which is a WebExtension: a transition required since Firefox 57 and above doesn't support "legacy" extensions anymore.

Did you actually read the thread you linked and understand what it's about?Gon_F wrote: ↑Wed Oct 02, 2019 9:15 pm I heard (viewtopic.php?f=7&t=25525) there are some noScript options in about:config, but about:config seems to have no noScript options!
I don't think auto-reloading is configurable yet in NoScript Webext, unfortunately.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

No, I did not read the post, but I linked it as an easy example showing the about:config options that I knew for a fact existed once.
I am aware of what Mozilla traded away with its newer version of Firefox, but I was not aware it was so bad as to not allow basic app preferences to be changed in the about:config.
Is there a reason those options, in modern Firefox, cannot simply be moved to the default app preferences window? Being able to do automatic reloading seems like an important feature, and I cannot currently imagine the reason why modern WebExtension cannot allow those. I thought the biggest loss was no more UI-changing addons? ?

(I wasn't aware that NoScript 10 couldn't do that. Though I believe that on one update, it did it on extension update install. At least it appeared to, & I thought to myself, I wish it hadn't .)
