Settings don't remain as I defined

Hello everyone, I'd like a some help...
I don't understand why my NoScript (10.2.1) settings don't get the same as the I defined?!?
Every time I start Tor Browser (8.0.6) I have to uncheck them all...
This is tiring, since these settings "should" remain the way I left them before closing Tor.
Anyway, I expect a solution.
