script count not matching

All,
I have switched to Noscript10 after quite a bit about it. While everything seems straight forward and working fine, I observe the following. When opening a new website the icon in my toolbar shows the number n of scripts blocked (for example 3), when I click on the icon it only shows n-1 scripts (in the example 2) in the default or untrusted category.
Is this due to per-site permissions and all normal ?

Or is this due to some setting that I am not aware of ? or a bug in Noscript ?

Any response, be it an explanation or a simple "I see this too", is welcome.
