[FIXED] 10.1.8.9 prevents Twitch playback on Firefox 61.0.1

Just updated to 10.1.8.9 and it seems to be preventing Twitch from playing the videos. No permissions were changed since the update, and disabling NoScript fixes the problem.

It prevents playback of any videos, live or VODs. I noticed that refreshing the page multiple times eventually makes it work, and after that all videos play normally until you reopen the browser, at which point the videos stop loading again. I disabled everything but NoScript, cleared cache, manually reset permissions - no change; only turning off NoScript entirely restores video playback.
No other site seems to affected by this.

Well that was damn difficult.

Works fine on my end.
Regular, full screen, double-speed, quarter-speed.
Lookin' good.
