So many sites not allowing no script!
So many sites not allowing no script!
I am finding that there are many sites that put up a connection error message just because you have noscript running with firefox. Outlook.com, CBC (canada) Americas Test kitchen (for example0 and many more. Disable Noscript and the sites work fine, or use Explorer and access is fine. Sites seem to be detecting Noscript, blame it on a connection error. I have no solution other than disabling NoScript on these sites (which are growing).

Re: So many sites not allowing no script!
What NoScript version?
Could you provide some actual URLs where the issue occurs?

Re: So many sites not allowing no script!

I am using 10.1.7.5 (auto updates settings on in Firefox 59.0.2 64-bit)
https://outlook.live.com (for email after login entered) Disable no script and It works other wise I get message
"Corrupted Content Error
The site at https://outlook.live.com/owa/?bO=1 has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."
or (for example) no matter how many times I use temp trusted, just a blank page.

If I disable No Script they all load fine.
There were other that bring up the network protocol violation that I don't recall right now, but will add them when I run across them.

Re: So many sites not allowing no script!
Not seeing the error here with NoScript latest development build, Firefox 59.0.2.
If upgrading NoScript to latest development build doesn't fix it for you, this maybe the same issue as https://forums.informaction.com/viewtop ... =7&t=24317
