Can not import noscript data FF android

Hello!
1. I have an issue with importing of noscript data from my pc to android firefox. Namely, the button in noscript settings menu is not responding, other two buttons - export and reset work well. Is there any solution? Android Nouga

2. I would like to mention second problem here: on my pc Firefox noscript not always indicates with red color which object permission needs the web page to display correctly so that i can check corresponding checkbox.

p.s. OS is Windows 7 64bit and Android nougat.
