Delete absolutely positioned element

Nearly all the old features are back in NoScript 10 except one.

When are we getting click-delete back? It's extremely awkward to use inspect element to get rid of that cruft.

NoScript 10 is still missing many security features, including ClearClick and ABE. I can't speak for Giorgio, but I would suspect those are higher priority.
