ClearClick in NoScript 10? iFrames a Clickjacking risk?

1) Is it true that NoScript 10 doesn't yet contain ClearClick? (I have read in at least two places that ClearClick was pending or desired, but an in-browser information page about NoScript version 10.1.6.4 still advertises the protection that ClearClick provides. The NoScript Changelog most recently contains "clickj*" and "ClearClick" in the descriptions of versions the first digit of which is "2".)

2) If so, are iFrames a Clickjacking risk for users of the current NoScript 10, which is version 10.1.6.4? (I speculate that iFrames are a Clickjacking risk because of three portions of the NoScript FAQ, the portions numbered 4.8, 7.2, and 7.3, all of which seem old.)
