5.1.8.4rc1 noscript.surrogate.matchPrivileged

Sorry, i've no glue if it's better to set noscript.surrogate.matchPrivileged to true or let the default false.
Where could i look for more explanation in such cases?

That setting was implemented in response to https://forums.informaction.com/viewtop ... 10&t=24353.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
