If the site works fine with it blocked, it's probably easiest to just go with that.

Otherwise, does NoScript give you any information about the suspicious window.name, like maybe in the Browser Console (Ctrl-Shift-J)?

I would start with "Sanitise this request" and check if the site works fine. If it does, then yes, select Always block next time.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!
