NoScript button doesn't show the menu

In 10.1.5.9, opening https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ and clicking the NoScript button opens the NoScript Options page instead of showing the menu.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0

ok, but something is not quite right on addons.mozilla.org:
doesn't show S? as it does on other FF internal pages...
