How do I know whether a site can be trusted?

Not sure what's happened here: FF 57 and new NS interface. I'm not overly gifted in the technical department, but I'm now completely baffled, when previously all was quite intuitive.

In Firefox [56 and prior flavours] when I went into NoScript the Options would pop up from the foot of the window on any newly visited website. I'd then select shift/click for any new site-related links. This would duly open in https://noscript.net/about/ ... name of site. I would then usually use the bottom link in that window: http://www.urlvoid.com/scan/ ... name of site, before then making a judgement call based on those returns.

... before then simply clicking on Allow / Block on the aforementioned https://noscript.net/about/ ... name of site link and moving on. [Perhaps, presumably like others, I might Temporarily Allow All Page, if it were an important site/needed additional functionality.]

But ...

Where is that now?! Am I missing something, only I can't see any way to follow the aforementioned links to make that usual judgement call?

Same here, i was passing by for see if anyone had posted a pdf manual
It's like having firefox and noscript in a box, the software is in a double state of having and not having to learn the new version
I guess i will install firefox 56 on my notebook and remove automatic-installation for new versions, then i'll just move my noscript setting from one computer to another and so using both version

It's a problem that currently is 2 steps away.
My current issue is how it deals with subdomains to begin with over 5.x

I never used an objective 3rd party list for what to trust or not. I trust nothing that I don't need at that moment basically.
The rest is years of using intuition of what is integral to a site to show me what I want to see, and ignoring the rest.

Once the new interface starts showing me the same level of information the old one did, I'm basically fine.
