Instructions for Firefox 57 NoScript?

I'm a satisfied user of NoScript (have been for a long time), and I'm glad to see the Firefox 57 version. However, the instructions post still reflects the old version. Where can I find instructions for using the new version? Specifically,

• How do I access the Options button--the only option that comes up is the display of whitelisted sites.

• How do I permanently whitelist a site like "cnn.com?"
